Timber saw mill and Carpentry unit
We have our own state of the art wood working machines to make wood backs and transform into brushes. Our operation consist of logging operation saw mill and wood drying for inhouse supply of required wood for carpentry.

Wood drying
We dry our wood in a chamber through hot air circulation, relative humidity and temperature can is controlled so that the moisture content of wood can be reduced to a target point without having any drying defects.

Location and availability of Raw Material
Factory is located at a point where we could easily procure our imported and local raw material with easy access to the highways and Colombo Port.In view of the location of the factory… Located within the “Coconut triangle” it is easy to procure all locally available basic raw materials such as rubber timber and coconut fibre.
